Frequently asked questions

Payment is due by midnight on the day of your clean, by cash or bank transfer. We'll share account details when you book.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel. Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge, and rearranging a clean carries a small admin fee. We're always understanding in genuine emergencies.
No, all products, the mop and the hoover are supplied as standard. If you'd prefer we use your own equipment or products, just let us know when booking.
Yes. Your cleaner is DBS checked and Spritz & Spruce is fully insured. Any breakages are reported to you straight away, and claims can be made within 24 hours of a clean.
Keys are kept secure and never labelled with your name or address, with a key-holding agreement available. Please secure pets during the clean and let us know about any that are escape-prone.
We're based in Mexborough and cover any town within roughly 10 miles, including Swinton, Conisbrough, Wath-upon-Dearne, Rawmarsh, Goldthorpe, Wombwell, Rotherham, Doncaster and the surrounding villages. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask, we're happy to check.
